Plas Telford – “A wonderful place to live” [view the video]
St Asaph-based Pennaf Housing Group – one of North Wales’s foremost providers of high-quality affordable housing and associated services, came to CD&P MEDIA recently, to help create a webcast and DVD production on the latest of its ‘Independent Living’ schemes – Plas Telford, at Acrefair, near Wrexham.
The new development is a state-of-the-art building, set in beautiful grounds and offering a range of modern one and two-bedroomed apartments and associated facilities.
Developed by Pennaf in conjunction with Wrexham County Borough Council, Plas Telford has been purpose-designed for older people and provides a successful combination of comfort and independence, with maintenance-free accommodation and a safe, secure and peaceful lifestyle.
CD&P MEDIA responded with a creative webcast which was scripted, filmed and edited in just over three working days.
Health, Safety and now Training for First Group
International public transport providers First Group - pioneers of the famous silver Greyhound buses in the United States, and of the UK’s purple and blue trains and buses, recently commissioned CD&P MEDIA to help create a multi-platform health and safety initiative, focused on reducing the numbers of injuries to people - especially older people - using bus transport.
